A 26 week program will get you prepared for either a half or full marathon. For one price you get the following:

• Simple Secrets for a Great Walking Workout DVD-CD (Shipping included to anywhere in continental North America) The DVD-CD features a two-part approach to achieving a powerful walk that will optimize the cardiovascular system. First, the DVD provides excellent visual instruction for learning the proper techniques and posture, such as correct arm position and length of stride. Once comfortable with these skills, the accompanying CD is used in a portable CD-player (or downloaded to an MP3 player) and taken on a power walk. The CD provides continual guidance and encouragement on technique and speed so that a great workout from walking is achieved!
• WoW Marathon Training course booklet (written material from our 10-week course) This handy booklet covers all the information you will need to get walking fast and to be prepared for the event of your choice – whether it’s 5k, 10k, a half or full marathon.
• Weekly telephone meeting (10 minutes) to review training. To be held at a time determined to be mutually convenient
• Two longer telephone meetings (15–30 minutes) as follows:
  1. One week prior to the start of training: initial conversation to review client history and goals. This will allow for the development of a personalized training schedule.
  2. Final conversation and review of event. Goal setting for post event.
• Unlimited email correspondence.
• Analysis of your walking form, if you can send in a video clip or several pics.

The cost for this remote program is $275 + HST. 75% of the payment is due upon signing up for the program, and the remaining 25% is due at 13 weeks. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. Contact us for details
