Winter Solstice Celebration

In the zoom room, 5:30-6:30am ET

In this first hour of winter, invite gratitude and strength into both body and mind.
Let’s take 60 minutes to thank the sun for the warmth it has offered us as it retreats to the southern hemisphere. We’ll honour its warmth with a few slow classical sun salutations, followed by several breath exercises to cleanse and strengthen the lungs. We’ll complete our practice with mantra and guided meditation. The Winter Solstice practice will be recorded and available for you to repeat until the end of December, allowing you to more deeply integrate the experience and develop your own home practice.
