Silent City Retreat.
Unplug from constant e-connection. Unwind from the week’s work. Undo so much busyness. All without leaving the city. Enjoy two consecutive weekend afternoons tapping into your deepest desires and discovering your ability to make them happen. We’ll use yoga as our door to discovery: asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), meditation. There will be journalling too. After introductions, we will work in silence so that the quiet creates a fertile space for listening to our selves.
The time between the two practices allows for real transformation. At the end of Sunday’s session, you will have the option to leave in silence or stay for questions/discussions.
Each of the two afternoons we will practice yoga asanas for 60-75 minutes, followed by a short break and journal writing, 45-60 minutes of guided pranayama breath exercises followed by a short break and journal writing, finishing with guided meditation for 30-45 minutes. Lee will be speaking to offer direction and guidance. Silence will be observed by participants after introductions and Lee will observe silence during the breaks.
