Join Lee for an afternoon of breath work (pranayama) to energize, active yoga practice (asana) to open joints and build strength, meditation to find contentment. It’s a mid-winter pause that will bring joy and calm to both beginner and experienced yoga practitioners.

Here is our typical schedule.

12:50pm: Arrive at Swansea Town Hall, Rousseau Room.
1-1:30pm: Pranayama (breath work) practice.
1:50-3:05: Asana (yoga pose) gentle flow practice.
3:30-4:15: Yoga Nidra: guided meditation practiced either lying or seated.
This mini retreat will be held at Swansea Town Hall, 95 Lavinia Avenue in the Rousseau Room. Registration is limited to 25 participants. You will need a yoga mat, yoga strap, a blanket, and two blocks. You may also bring any bolsters you are accustomed to using. Contact Lee by email, if you need to borrow any of these items.
