March Mini Retreat for Body, Breath, and Mind

Join Lee for an afternoon of discovery and calm. We’ll begin with gentle yoga asana to find joy in our body, introduce pranayama exercise to explore the remarkable power of breath, and finish with guided meditation to engage mindfulness. It’s a mid-winter pause that will bring contentment to both beginner and experienced yoga practitioners.

Location: Swansea Town Hall, 95 Lavinia Ave, Toronto, M6S 3H9


1pm: Arrive at Swansea Town Hall, Village Room (lower level).
1:15-2:30pm: Asana (yoga pose) gentle flow practice.
2:45-3:30: Pranayama (breath work) practice.
3:45-4:30: Yoga Nidra: guided meditation practiced either lying or seated.

You will need a yoga mat, and any props that you have and are accustomed to using. Straps, blocks, and blankets and a few bolsters will be available.
