Spring Synergy: a practice for body, breath & mind

Following the natural progression of yoga from outer to inner awareness, this practice will transition smoothly from easy flow yoga salutation movement, to longer hold asanas, to breath practice, and finally settling into a conscious sleep meditation of yoga nidra. One hour and 45 minutes of pure bliss. Bring your mat and any props you have available: 2 blocks (or food cans work), lots of cushions and maybe a blanket or two!
