Naturally Sweet Commitment

Join us for this 42-day commitment!
COMMITMENT: Over six weeks between Canadian Thanksgiving and the Winter Solstice, we’ll enjoy a commitment to being naturally sweet and minimally processed! We’ll eat foods that have no sugar added and no white flours. We’ll drink beverages with no added sugar, no alcohol, and no juices or smoothies. Enjoy a daily fasting window of 12-16 hours. (Twelve hours is recommended for quality of life and metabolic health, 16 hours if you would like to see some weight loss.) Enjoy a 45-minute walk every day, include 15 minutes of speed walk intervals in four of those walks each week.
You will receive a daily motivational email with research about, and suggestions for, being naturally sweet from Coach Lee. For this session, there will be four Zoom meetings at 8pmET. Monday November 3, Tuesday November 18, Monday December 1, Wednesday December 10.
