Walk workouts: recordings of Coach Lee guiding you through warm up, power walk intervals, and cool-down, including tips on walking form.
Yoga practices: Roll out your mat, grab a cushion, a couple of blocks (or substitute), a strap (or substitute), and join Lee for a variety of 45-minute yoga practice including Easy Flow, Krama HIIT, Gentle Hatha, and Hatha. All of them are are accessible no matter your experience with yoga. The library will be regularly updated and there will always be eight Yoga Basics videos to help beginners and veterans alike.
Strength Snacks: Short and sweet, these 30-minute strength videos will help you build muscle, improve balance and posture. Have a resistance band, a few hand weights, as well as a paper plate or slippery socks for sliding exercises.
