LEE’S CV

Lee Scott (B.A.Sc., M.A.) trained to be a mechanical engineer. Passion and purpose drew her to the health and fitness world more than 30 years ago during which time she has brought a methodical and inspired approach to fitness leadership. A dynamic and passionate coach, after leading indoor fitness programs for more than a decade she developed the WoW Power Walking® program in 2002. Since then she has coached thousands of walkers for fitness and marathons. She has power walked hundreds of distance events including 34 full marathons (PR 4:51:51). In addition to being an ACE-certified personal trainer, Lee is a long-time yoga practitioner and teacher having completed more than 750 hours of teacher training hours. In 2020 her book, The Walking Solution, was published by Human Kinetics.
